With a stroke of a pen, a partnership between Meridian Community College and William Carey University was solidified by the signing of a memo of understanding (MOU) of a community college transfer agreement.
Thanks to a donation to Meridian Community College's Precision Machining Engineering Technology Program, students will have more tools at their disposal.
After working more than two decades as a radiologic technologist, Meridian Community College alumnus Matt Heblon now enjoys sharing his health care experience and expertise with students studying diagnostic imaging procedures.
An MCC alumna, Dr. Robin Gunn has a close connection to the College. "All of my immediate family graduated from MCC, and many of them attended nursing school here," Dr. Gunn said.
