MCC student Charles Nelson Kimbrough wins top state award
Kimbrough is one of five recipients of the Mississippi Association of Adult and Community Education (MAACE) Organization's Students of the Year Award.
MCC instructor, grad have special bond
Associate Degree Nursing instructor Christi Jones was working in labor and delivery in 1988 and helped deliver MCC nursing graduate, Meagan Edwards. At the ADN pinning ceremony, Jones was able to pin Edwards.
Grads, students gain laptops through Connect2MCC grant
Participants joined monthly online sessions focused on healthy relationships, financial literacy, and balancing work, life, school, and others. The MCCers received $250 and a new HP laptop computer for their successful efforts.
