For students in Meridian Community College's Organization of Student Nurses (OSN), giving back is a key priority, so much so that they have a community service project each semester designed to make a difference.
Armistead's works will be on display from Nov. 6- Jan. 22, 2025, at the gallery that's located in the Davidson Fine Arts Center in Ivy-Scaggs Hall. An opening reception is Nov. 6 and a closing reception is planned for Jan. 22.
The Meridian Community College Screaming Eagle Community Band will present A Salute to Veterans on Sunday, Nov. 10, at 3:30 p.m. in the McCain Theater. The concert is free of charge.
