MCC Community and Business Development offers some great entrepreneurship courses for those interested in becoming their own boss.

It can be very difficult getting your own business up and running. Our courses are designed to provide valuable information to those interested in starting a new business. You will learn how to investigate the business opportunity, what steps to take to get your business off the ground, and what to do to keep it going. Anyone thinking about a new business or entering the world of business ownership will benefit from our courses.

How to start a business

This 11-week course will provide potential and existing entrepreneurs the fundamentals of starting and operating a business. The classes will focus on such topics as financing, case studies and preparing simple business plans. Classes are held each semester in the Riley Workforce Building.
