As an Eagle Influencer, you must agree to responsibilities and expectations below. Failure to follow these terms may result in your dismissal from Eagle Influencers and revocation of the associated scholarship.

  • Maintain a minimum of 15 credit hours per semester.

  • Follow MCC on all social media channels and share content to personal page.

  • Participate in activities that occur during the day, night, and weekends if needed.

  • Notify my supervisor of upcoming conflicts that would prevent me from completing assigned tasks.

  • Participate in 50% of campus student life activities to get material for social media content.

  • Create content for holidays, special events, random days, day in the life, and live-stream events – one video submitted weekly.

  • Take pictures of students during activities that can be used for social media. 4 pictures submitted weekly.

  • Attend meetings with the team to discuss creative trends for social media.

  • Be a willing participant in content that is created.

  • Be responsible for any equipment that is loaned for creating content.

  • Be a professional representative of Meridian Community College at all times, including on personal social media.

  • Have a pleasant and positive attitude.

  • Treat everyone with respect.

  • Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information regarding MCC and its students.

  • Follow a dress code that reflects the professional and respectful image of Meridian Community College, including wearing appropriate attire during events, meetings, and when creating content.

  • Ensure all content is approved by the supervisor before posting.

  • Adhere to MCC’s social media guidelines and policies.

  • Accept feedback on performance and content.

  • Acknowledge that all content created as a part of this program is owned by MCC.
