More than a job. A career built to last.

Data centers are the backbone of the modern economy, powering everything from AI to global connectivity. Behind every facility is a team of skilled professionals keeping systems running. These roles are part of the growing "New Collar" workforce; a workforce that prioritizes technical skill, problem-solving, and hands-on expertise over traditional four-year degrees.

Because data centers are long-term infrastructure investments, they create long-term careers that grow alongside the communities they support. This program gives you the foundation to enter the industry and build a future with long-term stability and growth.

Training Designed to get you hired.

The MEI program was developed to address a growing need for skilled technicians and more accessible pathways into high-paying careers. At MCC, this program prepares you to enter the workforce with real, job-ready experience.
