Complete 2 Compete

C2C

Complete 2 Compete (C2C) is a statewide initiative sponsored by the Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning and the Mississippi Community College Board. Its mission is to help Mississippi adults who attended college but don't have a degree get their degree and create a brighter future.

C2C is designed for the Mississippi adult learner who:

  • Is 21 years of age or older
  • Has earned at least 12 hours of college credit but has not yet earned a degree*
  • Has been out of college for at least two years 


Returning adult learners will get support from a dedicated team of coaches each step of the way; from initial transcript review, through enrollment to graduation.
