ADULT EDUCATION
The Adult Education Program provides foundational skills in math, reading, and writing to help students acquire the skills needed to earn a High School Equivalency (HSE) Diploma, go to college, and/or join the military. Basic reading, math, and writing refresher skills are offered to individuals that already have a high school diploma but are deficient in at least one of these areas.
BUSINESS ASSISTANCE
MCC's Business Assistance courses are designed to provide valuable information to those interested in starting a new business. You will learn how to investigate the business opportunity, what steps to take to get your business off the ground, and what to do to keep it going. Anyone thinking about a new business or entering the world of business ownership will benefit from our courses.
EAGLES S.O.A.R.
MCC's Eagles S.O.A.R. (Skills for Occupational Advancement and Readiness) Program
teaches employability skills and helps you gain credentials to enter the workforce.
The Eagles S.O.A.R. Program is available to Lauderdale County residents, ages 16-24,
who are are former high school students (graduates or students who have dropped out).
