Lucy Lamberth
Director of Workforce Grants and Development
Lucy has been with Meridian Community College for 10 years, and is currently serving
as the director of workforce grants and development. She brings with her 19 years
of experience in customer service, retail, finance, and project management. She received
her Associates degree from Meridian Community College and continued on to receive
both a Bachelors and a Masters of Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
She enjoys assisting individuals and companies with creating a project to better equip
their staff and future employees with skills needed in today's environment.
Lynne Carey
Workforce Project Manager
Lynne has been with Meridian Community College for 13 years and brings with her over
23 years of manufacturing and inventory control experience. She is ASCM, Association
for Supply Chain Management, Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM),
and desires to help others in obtaining skills they can use to begin a career or to
advance in their current career.
Darren Bane
Workforce Project Manager
Darren has been with Meridian Community College for 5 years. He brings 6 years of
operations and production management experience to the college, as well as 20 years
retail management experience. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration
in Marketing from Mississippi State University. He enjoys watching others grow their
careers trough skills development training and is passionate about helping others
maximize their potential.
Mallory Hardy
Workforce Project Manager
Mallory has been with Meridian Community College since 2020. She brings 10 years of
experience in the healthcare and service fields. She received both her Bachelor of
Science/Kinesiology-Exercise Science and Masters of Science/Health Education-Nutrition
degrees from the Mississippi University for Women. She also attended Meridian Community
College where she received her Associates of Arts degree. Mallory wants to assist
local employers and job seekers in obtaining training needed to build their resume
for current and future employment.
