JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT MANAGER

DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Manager position’s primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement, “to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” Additionally, Assistant Managers perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities). Work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership. The Assistant Manager will also share responsibility for training and motivating Teammates and act as the Store Manager in their absence. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

JOB TITLE: CREDIT CLERK

BUSINESS: Peavy

DESCRIPTION: M-F 8am to 5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. High School Diploma or GED with 2 to 3 years of Credit/Collections and Accounting experience or training. Strong analytical skills, must be able to use a calculator and other office equipment, self motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask. Administer and coordinate credit related duties, Analyze and evaluate data, Investigate history and credit worthiness of individuals. Ensure that accounts remain in good standing. Ensure strict confidentiality of financial records.
