Meridian Community College's Career Development Center's emphasis is the non-traditional student: including displaced workers, adults, young people seeking career changes, and the unemployed.

MCC's Career Center is incorporated into the Career Development Center. The center features a skilled, caring team that will assist with resume development and job search. A representative of the WIN Job Center/Mississippi Employment Security Commission regularly visits the center to assist clients.
