Opened in January of 1990 and renovations completed in June of 2004 on the natatorium, the Meridian Community College Damon Fitness Center offers a wide variety of activities to students as well as to the community. Located above the MCC Baseball complex, the Damon Fitness Center has the following facilities available for student, faculty and staff, and community use.

Weight room that features Nautilus and Universal equipment, free weights, exercise bicycles, AMT, treadmills, Stairmaster, Elliptical Trainers and other equipment
Dance studio with cushioned wood floor

Water Safety Instructor (16 years of age and older)
Lifeguard Instructor (17 years of age and older)
First Aid and CPR
Memberships are available on a semester basis.
General Membership: includes weight room, swimming pool, track and tennis courts.
Weight Room Membership: use of weight room and exercise equipment.
Lap/Leisure Swim: use of pool for lap swim and aquatic workouts.
