According to the Centers or Disease Control and Prevention, the single most important thing we can do to keep from getting sick and spreading illness, like the Swine Flu, is to wash our hands.

Follow these tips to prevent the spread of disease and keep our Eagle family happy and healthy:

Wash hands often with soap and water.

Avoid close contact with people who show signs of illness.

Throw tissues away in a trash container after ONE use.

Cough/Sneeze into a tissue or you arm not in your hands.

Stay home if you're sick. Don't infect anybody you may encounter.
