Faith Robinson
Head Coach

Faith Robinson enters her fifth season as the head softball coach at MCC. The Lady Eagles, since then have made it back to post season and were Region 23, Division 1 Champions 2013-2014. Robinson is no stranger to the MCC program as she played third base and was an offensive leader back-to-back years for the Lady Eagles in 2000-01 and helped MCC get to the NJCAA national tournament both seasons. After leaving MCC, she continued her collegiate softball career at Mississippi State University. Robinson has previously coached at both the high school and collegiate level during her career.

Robinson previously coached a high school travel squad, the Rampage-Orange, mentoring some of Mississippi’s top 14 to 16-year old softball talent. She has coached numerous players who have earned college scholarships. Previously, she has coaching experience at Clinton and Warren Central High Schools in Mississippi and DeKaney High School in Houston, Texas.  She also had a stint on the collegiate level at Millsaps as an assistant coach. 

Robinson was an honor graduate from MCC and went on to earn a BS degree from Mississippi State University, again with honors. She is also a graduate of Clinton High School, where she helped the Arrows capture state championships in both slow-pitch and fast-pitch softball as MVP defensively and offensively for her Junior and Senior year.

Asst. CoachLondon Ladner
Asst. Coach

Londen Ladner enters her first season as the assistant softball coach at MCC. Ladner brings a wealth of experience to MCC after achieving a ton of success at the collegiate level as a player at Ole Miss. Ladner was a four-year starter for Ole Miss from 2011-2014 and was named a member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll on four separate occasions. Ladner is ranked in the top ten in several career offensive categories at Ole Miss that include: homeruns (25), hits (161), and batting average (.294). Ladner is a graduate of Northwest Rankin High School and was named Gatorade Player of the Year during her junior and senior year. Ladner helped her high school squad win the 2009 MHSAA Class 5A State Championship in 2009 and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. Ladner served as an assistant coach at Itawamba Community College from 2014-2016 where she worked with hitters and corner infielders.
