Opened in January of 1990 and renovations completed in June of 2004 on the natatorium, the Meridian Community College Damon Fitness Center offers a wide variety of activities to students, faculty as well as to the community.


The fitness center is located above the MCC Baseball complex and offers course classes for credit and non-credit, they are listed below. The facility also has available for use:


Natatorium featuring a 6 lane, 25 meter pool, Weight room with Inflight fitness equipment and free weights, for cardio we have AMT, treadmills, stairmaster, elliptical trainers and other equipment. The dance studio has a cushioned floor, bars for stretching, fitness balls and steps. 


For your convenience we also offer memberships that include General Membership (entry to weight room, swimming pool, track and tennis courts), Weight Room Memberships (use of weight room and exercise equipment) and Lap/Leisure Swim Membership.
